The five-lot tender published by the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan in “Azərbaycan qəzeti” of 06 July 2019 was deemed failed according to Article 11.1 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on Public Procurements at the decision of the Tender Committee dated 19 August 2019.

In light of the above, the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan is holding electronic procurement again on the very lots according to the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on Public Procurements by open tender:

Lot 1: Procurement of one-year on-site maintenance of hardware and software of the e-document circulation system;

Lot 2: Procurement of one-year on-site maintenance of hardware and software of the e-signature certification system;

Lot 3: Procurement of one-year on-site maintenance of hardware and software of the electronic statistical database and analytic reporting system;

Lot 4: Procurement of one-year on-site maintenance of hardware and software of the Financial Literacy Portal;

Lot 5: Modernization of the e-signature certification system in use in the CBA.

The bid will be held over the single Internet portal for public procurements (https://etender.gov.az/) at 12.00 on 24 September 2019.

Interested persons can familiarize themselves with the e-announcement through the portal to participate in the bid per relevant lot, register as bidders paying 100 (one hundred) worth of participation fee per lot and get the Request for Proposals.
