The SINAM LLC was announced the winner of the open tender held by the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan on 6 September 2019 by means of e-procurement on maintenance of hardware and software of the Low Value Payments Clearing and Settlement System.
The Central Bank entered into a procurement agreement with the winner.
