We hereby notify that the Red Communications LLC has been announced the winner at the open tender on ‘development of necessary promo materials to expand digital payments and selection of an advertising agent to maintain a campaign at the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan’. The Bank has entered into a procurement agreement with the winner.
