The Procurements Committee with its decision of 19 February 2020 deemed failed the quotation request published in “Azərbaycan qəzeti” by the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan on 06.02.2020 on ‘procurement of arm-chairs for offices of the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan’ under Article 11.1 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on Public Procurements.
