For citizens’ information

17 March 2020, Baku: The Central Bank has introduced relevant changes to the regime of acceptance of citizens’ appeals in light of the assignments issued on 16.03.2020 in the letter addressed by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Azerbaijan to central and local executive bodies and public authorities to fight coronovirus (COVID-19). Due to temporary suspension of reception of citizens in Central Bank premises both in groups and indivdually, the Central Bank has strengthened the operation of hotline, increased the number of operators, ensured hotline’s non-stop operating on work days and introduced online video reception via the Skype. • Appeals of citizens are received non-stop in writing by post, and electronically by the ‘E-appeal system’ (https://contact.e-cbar.az/).
  • Written appeals may be dropped to the mail box installed in the Bank;
  • Citizens are informed on acceptance and status of appeals either by +99412 493 5058 (hotline), or +99412 493 1122 (landline).
  • Video reception of citizens is maintained over the Skype by calling cbar@cbar.az .
