The quotation request on ‘procurement of hotel services for experts invited to the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan’ has been deemed failed according to the decision of the Procurement Committee of 17 March 2020 under Article 11.1 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on Public Procurements.
