About hours of operation of Central Bank’s ‘966’ hotline

12 May 2020, Baku:  We would like to inform you that to maintain the coronavirus (COVID-19) response, the Central Bank strengthened the work regime of the hotline, increased the number of operators and the hotline operates on an uninterrupted mode on weekdays due to temporary  cancellation of reception of citizens in groups and individually at the Central Bank’s administrative buildings.

 

Please be advised that the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan launched the ‘966’ hotline to expand opportunities for and increase promptness of responding to complaints and inquiries of legal entities and individuals related to banks.

 

The Central Bank also instructed banks operating in the country to place information boards on the ‘966’ hotline in their administrative buildings (branches, departments). Accordingly, legal entities and individuals can call the Central Bank's ‘966’ hotline in case of violation of the legislation by banks, as well as for information and inquiries on issues related to the authorities of the Central Bank.

 

The Central Bank's ‘966’ hotline receives calls on working days from Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00. At the same time, citizens may get information on acceptance of appeals and their status by calling +99412 493 5058 and +99412 493 1122.
