The Tender Committee announced the ‘Sinam’ Co the winner of the open tender on procurement of goods and services to create main components of the National Payment System on a single virtual infrastructure at the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan published on the ‘Azərbaycan’ newspaper on 14 and 28 February 2020 with its decision dated 13 April 2020. The Bank entered into a procurement agreement with the winner.
