1. The Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan is holding an open e-tender on procurement of maintenance of heating-cooling-air conditioing, water utility system and equipment in use in the HQs and administrative buildings of regional offices of the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan according to the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on Public Procurements:
2. The bid will be held at 12.00, on 6 August 2020 over the single Internet portal for public procurements (https://etender.gov.az/) (hereinafter – Portal).
3. Only micro, small and medium-sized entities are allowed to the tender.
4. Interested persons may get the Request for Proposals by paying AZN150 (one hundred and fifty) worth participation fee per lot to the following account of the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan through the Asan Payment System:

The participation fee is non-refundable.

5. Interested bidders should submit the following documents via the Portal to be eligible:

- bidder’s full name, Charter, state registration ceritificate or an excerpt from the public register of legal entities, bank requisites;

- document confirming authorities of the persons empowered to sign the bid and procurement agreement;

- the bid in Azerbaijani (to be valid through 17 September 2020);

- bank guarantee in the amount of 1 (one) percent of the bid (as per the RFP;

-  bank statement on financial standing over the past one (1) year;

- reference from the relevant public authority on absence of any overdue obligations and other compulsory payments in the Republic of Azerbaijan, as well as failure to comply with the Tax Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan for the last 1 (one) year (excluding the suspension period);

- other information on bidder’s qualifications specified in the RFP.

6. Bidders may deliver bids and bank guarantees until 11.00, 6 August 2020, and other required documents no later than 12.00, 24 July 2020 via the Portal.
7. Commencement: from the day the agreement takes effect.
8. Supply of services and works and delivery of goods: within 1 year periodically.
9. Evaluation criteria: price and technical factors (work experience, staff qualification and logistic base);
10. Bidders may get all tender related enquiries and explanations only via the Portal. Bidders can watch opening and evaluation of bids via the Portal Tender.
