Another information provocation by the enemy

Our brave army, led by Ilham Aliyev, the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief, consistently cleanses our occupied lands from Armenian vandals by delivering crushing blows to the enemy in all directions of the front, and our glorious flag is already flying in our liberated towns, tsettlements and villages.

Defeated across all fronts, the enemy, in line with its nature, sees the way out in the continuation of various provocations. The enemy again spread provocative and untrue false information on behalf of the Azerbaijan Banks Association (ABA) on suspension of the Deposit Insurance Fund (ADIF) due to the situation resulting from the Armenian aggression against our country.

The Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the ABA and the ADIF strongly refute this information and once again ask the population and bank customers not to pay attention to such provocations and consider it another provocation of the helpless and feeble enemy.

Macroeconomic and financial stability is sustained in the country, all banking and financial institutions operate normally and the banking and financial infrastructure provides stable services to the population.

Such unsuccessful provocations by the enemy in cyberspace are successfully repelled by our cyber security agencies and experts.

The Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies (MTCHT) asks citizens not to answer messages and calls from strangers and check accuracy of the information from official sources.

Also, if citizens face any cyber incident or need methodological support, they should apply to the Electronic Security Service under the MTCHT via www.cert.az or reports@cert.az.
