The Tender Committee with its decision of 31.03.2021 deemed failed the tender announcement on procurement of works and materials related to fire safety in the server room of the administrative building of the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan located at 27 Bulbul Avenue, Baku and procurement of 2 pcs of 30 kVA electric regulators for the head office of the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan located at 90, R. Behbudov Street, Baku and batteries for UPS equipment operating in the buildings of Regional Offices located in Yevlakh and Guba cities and their installation works published on the ‘Azərbaycan qəzeti’ on 23.02.2021 according to Article 11.1 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on Public Procurements.
