The ‘Best Telecom’ LLC was announced the winner of the quotation request on procurement of IP and analogue telephones, as well as IP user licenses for the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan at the decision of the Procurement Committee dated 7 April 2021. The Bank entered into a procurement agreement with the winner.
