The Tender Committee decided to consider failed the open tender on audit of the compliance of the Interbank Card Center of the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan with the requirements of Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) and for obtaining PCI DSS certificate, compliance of the local infrastructure on SWIFT with the requirements of  SWIFT Customer Security Controls Framework (CSCF) published on the  “Azərbaycan qəzeti” on  22.06.2021 and 08.07.2021 in accordance with Article 11.1 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on Public Procurements by the Decision of the Tender Committee dated 02.08.2021.
