1. The Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan is announcing an open e-tender on the following lots according to the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on Public Procurements:

Lot 1: Procurement of 2 pcs of 30 kVA electric regulators for the head office of the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan located at 90, R. Behbudov Street, Baku and batteries for UPS equipment operating in the buildings of Regional Offices located in Yevlakh and Guba cities and their installation works;

Lot 2: Procurement of works and materials related to fire safety in the server room of the administrative building of the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan located at 27 Bulbul Avenue, Baku;

Lot 3: Procurement of corporate style goods for the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

The bid will be held at 15.00, on 30 November 2021 over the single Internet portal for public procurements (https://etender.gov.az/) (hereinafter – Portal).

2. Only micro, small and medium-sized entities are allowed to the tender.

3. No participation fee is applicable on Lots 1 and 2, persons interested on Lot 3 may get the Request for Proposals by paying AZN100 (one hundred) worth participation fee per lot to the following account of the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan through the Asan Payment System:

The participation fee is non-refundable.

4. Interested bidders should submit the following documents via the Portal to be eligible:

- bidder’s full name, Charter, state registration certificate or an excerpt from the public register of legal entities, bank requisites;

- information on bidder's affiliation with micro, small and medium enterprises;

- document confirming authorities of the persons empowered to sign the bid and procurement agreement;

- the bid in Azerbaijani (to be valid through 14 January 2022);

- bank guarantee in the amount of 1 (one) percent of the bid (as per the RFP);

- bank statement on financial standing over the past one (1) year;

- reference from the relevant public authority on absence of any overdue obligations and other compulsory payments in the Republic of Azerbaijan, as well as failure to comply with the Tax Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan for the last 1 (one) year (excluding the suspension period);

- other information on bidder’s qualifications specified in the RFP.

5. Bidders may deliver bids and bank guarantees until 18.00, 29 November 2021, and other required documents no later than 15.00, 19 November 2021 via the Portal.

6. Commencement of procurement:

On all three lots: from the day the procurement agreement is signed.

7. Supply of goods and services (works):

Lots 1 and 2 within 60 (sixty) calendar days after the procurement agreement is signed;
