The tender for the purchase of maintenance service for fire extinguishing devices, systems and equipment installed in the administrative buildings of the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan was considered failed by the decision of the Procurement Committee dated 24 November 2022 in accordance with Article 11.1 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan ‘On Public Procurement’.
