The Procurement Committee with its decision of 17 November 2022 declared ‘STELL TECHNOLOGY’ LLC the winner of the open tender announced and held under e-procurement procedures for the purchase of the service to support the software platform of the electronic signature certification system used at the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan. The Bank entered into a procurement agreement with the winner.

 Procurement Committee
