Information on revoked insurance licenses

26.01.2023, Baku – According to Article 107.1.1 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Insurance Activity” (the Law), the Management Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan with its decision of 25 January 2023 revoked the insurance agent licenses issued to 15 individuals listed below (the list is attached) based upon their voluntary appeals.

In addition, taking into account the fact that the license holders did not eliminate the circumstances that led to the suspension of their licenses within a specified period, according to Article 107.1.2 of the Law, the Management Board of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan with its decision of the same date revoked the insurance agent licenses issued to 4 individuals listed below (the list is attached).
