The tenders for the purchase of various types of air conditioners, fan coil units and remote controls, as well as supply and installation of central cooling-heating (VRV or VRF) systems for the administrative buildings of the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the purchase of the service on Real Estate Assessment for the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan was considered failed by the decision of the Procurement Committee dated 21 February 2023 in accordance with Article 11.1 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan ‘On Public Procurement’.
