Information on suspended licenses in the insurance sector

05 April 2023, Baku – Due to non-submission of the relevant report in accordance with Article 106.1.10 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan ‘On Insurance Activity’, the licenses issued to 3 insurance brokers being legal entities and 6 legal entities engaged exclusively in the insurance agent activity (the list is attached) were suspended for 3 months by the Resolution of the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated 4 April 2023.
