26 April 2023, Baku: Recently, various social networks have posted information about the existence of special investment portals promising high returns, created for the purpose of fraud by using the name of the Central Bank.

We inform you that these posts, published under the title "Making high returns through trading in national resources" do not reflect reality, and the main purpose is to steal citizens’ funds by fraudsters.

In this regard, the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan urges the public not to believe baseless information posted in social networks, as well as to be cautious and vigilant about such situations.

The Central Bank constantly keeps focus on the implementation of appropriate measures to ensure the stability of the financial system of the country, especially to protect the rights of consumers of financial services and prevent their violation.
