Information on restored licenses in the insurance sector

8 May 2023, Baku –  Due to the elimination of the circumstances giving rise to the suspension of the license, the licenses issued to 2 (two) insurance brokers, which are legal entities indicated in the list (attached hereto), and 2 (two) legal entities engaged exclusively in insurance activities, were restored by the Resolution of the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated 5 May 2023 in accordance with Article 111.1 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Insurance Activity".
