A scientific conference held on the topic “Successful Settlement of Bank Disputes”

10 July 2023, Baku: A scientific conference entitled "Successful Settlement of Bank Disputes" was held jointly by the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Association of Banks of Azerbaijan, the Center for Social Research and the Mediation Council.

The conference was attended by the management of the Central Bank and the Mediation Council, MPs, mediators, experts and media representatives.

During the meeting, detailed information on the work done to protect the rights of consumers of financial services and investors was presented, and the importance of mediation as one of the alternative methods of resolving financial disputes was discussed.

The Mediation Council presented a sample settlement agreement to the conference participants.
