Information on restored licenses in the insurance sector

14 July 2023, Baku –  Due to the elimination of the circumstances that served as grounds for suspension of the license, the licenses issued to 1 (one) insurance broker who is a legal entity and 3 (three) legal entities engaged exclusively in insurance activities, indicated in the list (attached hereto), were restored by the Resolution of the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated 14 July 2023, in accordance with Article 111.1 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Insurance Activity".
