Information on restored licenses in the insurance sector

26.07.2023, Baku – Due to the elimination of the circumstances that served as grounds for suspension of the license, the licenses issued to 3 (three) insurance brokers who are individuals, 1 (one) insurance agent who is a legal entity and 28 (twenty eight) insurance agents who are individuals, indicated in the list (attached hereto), were restored by the Resolution of the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated 26 July 2023, in accordance with Article 111.1 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Insurance Activity".
