Information on restored licenses in the insurance sector

25.08.2023, Baku – Due to the elimination of the circumstances that served as grounds for suspension of the license, the licenses issued to 1 (one) insurance agent who is a legal entity and 18 (eighteen) insurance agents who are individuals, indicated in the list (attached hereto), were restored by the Resolution of the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated 24 August 2023, in accordance with Article 111.1 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Insurance Activity".
