The Procurement Committee by its decision dated 7 August 2023 declared “TORCH” LLC the winner of the quotation request held under procurement procedures for the purchase of supply and installation works of 2 air conditioners, as well as one-time spare parts for the elevators operated in the administrative buildings of the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan. The Bank entered into a procurement agreement with the winner.
