Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan being issued renewed 1 manat banknote into circulation

18 September 2023, Baku: Renewed 1 manat banknotes with the signature of Taleh Tahir Kazimov, Governor of the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan are being issued to circulation on 18 September 2023.

The signature is depicted on the upper left corner of the front of the banknote. The production year ‘2023’ is also depicted on the banknote.

Other design elements and technical parameters of the renewed 1 manat banknote have were unchanged as in the same denomination banknote currently in circulation.

Renewed 1 manat banknotes will be in circulation in parallel with the same denomination banknotes currently in circulation.
