The Procurement Committee by its decision dated 5 September 2023 declared “Best Telekom” LLC the winner of the open tender announced and held under e-procurement procedures for the procurement of supply and installation works of Open Scape Business X8 PBX equipment, as well as purchase of IP and analog telephone equipment and IP user licenses for the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan. The Bank entered into a procurement agreement with the winner.
