Information on restored licenses in the insurance sector

29 September 2023, Baku –  Due to the elimination of the circumstances that served as grounds for suspension of the license, the licenses issued to insurance agents, 1 (one) of  which is a legal entity and 6 (six) are individuals, indicated in the list (attached hereto), were restored by the Resolution of the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated 28 September 2023, in accordance with Article 111.1 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Insurance Activity".
