Information on revoked insurance licenses

08.12.2023, Baku – Pursuant to Article 107.1.1 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Insurance Activity”, the Management Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan, by its Decision dated December 6, 2023, revoked the insurance license No. SF-0004 dated May 13, 2022 issued to “Naxçıvansığorta” Open Joint Stock Company based on its voluntary application.  

The company’s current financial indicators allow to fulfill obligations of the company in full and timely manner. The liquidation process of the company will be carried out in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
