Information on suspended licenses in the insurance sector

27.12. 2023, Baku –  By the decision of the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated December 26, 2023, the license issued to Insurance Agent “Agents Tim” Limited Liability Company with No. 000292 from November 2009, was suspended for 3 (three) months due to untimely fulfillment (or non-fulfillment) of the motion issued in accordance with Article 106.1.10 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Insurance Activity".
