Information on restored licenses in the insurance sector

8 January 2024, Baku –  Due to the elimination of the circumstances that served as grounds for suspension of the license, the licenses issued to 9 (nine) individual insurance agents who are iindicated in the list (attached hereto), were restored by the Resolution of the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated 30 December 2023, in accordance with Article 111.1 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Insurance Activity".
