Request for quotatıon

1. In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Public Procurement", the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan conducts a request for quotation (RFQ) for the purchase of drinking water.

2. The quotations will be opened at 17.00, on 26 February 2024 over the single e-portal for public procurement (https://etender.gov.az/) (hereinafter – Portal).

3. In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Public Procurement”, medium, micro and small businesses may participate in the quotation request and only their quotations will be evaluated.

4. Interested suppliers may obtain the RFQ terms and conditions for participation in the RFQ by paying the participation fee worth 152.46 (one hundred fifty-two manat and forty-six gapik) manat through the Portal in accordance with law.

If the purchase is canceled and the purchased items are not repurchased, the participation fee will be refunded upon the supplier's request.

5. In order to be eligible for participation, suppliers should submit their quotations via the Portal by 17:00 on 26 February 2024 along with the required documents.

6. Commencement of the procurement: from the date of signing the procurement agreement.

7. Term of delivery of the goods: within 1 (one) year from the signing of the procurement agreement.

8. Evaluation criteria: price factor.

9. Suppliers may get all procurement related enquiries and explanations only via the Portal.

Partcipants of the RFQ can watch opening and evaluation of quotations via the Portal.
