Request for quotatıon

1. In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Public Procurement", the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan conducts a request for quotation (RFQ) for the purchase of goods transportation services.

2. The quotations will be opened at 10.00, on 26 February 2024 over the single e-portal for public procurement (https://etender.gov.az/) (hereinafter – Portal).

3. In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Public Procurement”, micro and small businesses may participate in the quotation request and only their quotations will be evaluated.

4. Interested contractors may obtain the RFQ terms and conditions for participation in the RFQ by paying the participation fee worth 26.02 (twenty-six manat two gapik) manat through the Portal in accordance with law.

If the purchase is canceled and the purchased items are not repurchased, the participation fee will be refunded upon the contractor's request.

5. In order to be eligible for participation, contractors should submit their quotations via the Portal by 10:00, 26 February 2024 along with the required documents.

6. Commencement of the procurement: from the date of signing the procurement agreement.

7. Duration of the service: until the completion of the obligations from the signing of the procurement contract.

8. Evaluation criteria: price factor.

9. Contractors may get all procurement related enquiries and explanations only via the Portal.

Partcipants of the RFQ can watch opening and evaluation of quotations via the Portal.
