Request for quotatıon

1. In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Public Procurement", the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan conducts a request for quotation (RFQ) for the purchase of food products.

2. The quotations will be opened at 17.00, on 9 April 2024 over the single e-portal for public procurement (https://etender.gov.az/) (hereinafter – Portal).

3. In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Public Procurement”, micro, small and medium businesses may participate in the quotation request and only their quotations will be evaluated.

4. Interested suppliers may obtain the RFQ terms and conditions for participation in the RFQ by paying the participation fee worth 108.18 (one hundred and eight manat eighteen gapik) manat through the Portal in accordance with law.

If the purchase is canceled and the purchased items are not repurchased, the participation fee will be refunded upon the supplier's request.

5. In order to be eligible for participation, suppliers should submit their quotations via the Portal by 16:00, 9 April 2024 along with the required documents.

6. Commencement of the procurement: from the date of signing the purchase agreement.

7. Term of delivery of the goods: within 1 (one) year from the date of signing the purchase contract, in 2 (two) working days based on the orders of the Central Bank according to the demand.

8. Evaluation criteria: price factor.

9. Suppliers may get all procurement related enquiries and explanations only via the Portal.

Partcipants of the RFQ can watch opening and evaluation of quotations via the Portal.
