Functions of Central Bank’s Call Center updated

15 May 2024, Baku: New functionalities have been added to the Central Bank’s Call Center – citizens can now use the opportunity to use callback and call order services.
Callback function:
- If citizens fail to connect with the 966 Hotline for any reason, those calls are registered as missed calls, and dedicated employees return those calls.
- Citizens can also request a callback via the Central Bank's WhatsApp service at +994 55-966-19-66 without calling the hotline
Call order function:
- Citizens can use the call order service by pressing button 1 when contacting the Central Bank Hotline.
These innovations have been implemented to further enhance the service provided to financial service consumers and investors, as well as boost citizen satisfaction.
To note, the 966 Hotline serves citizens on weekdays from 09:00 to 18:00.
