Request for quotatıon

1. In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Public Procurement", the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan (90 R. Behbudov Str., Baku city) is holding a quotation request to procure relevant design and related services for the Central Bank’s corporate assets.

2. The quotations will be opened at 17.00, on 16 July 2024 over the single e-portal for public procurement (https://etender.gov.az/) (hereinafter – Portal).

3. In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Public Procurement”, micro and small businesses may participate in the quotation request and only their quotations will be evaluated.

4. Interested contractors may obtain the terms and conditions for participation in the quotation request by paying the participation fee worth 44.90 (forty-four manat ninety gapik) manat through the Portal in accordance with law.

If the purchase is canceled and the purchased items are not repurchased, the participation fee will be refunded upon the contractor’s request.

5. In order to be eligible for participation, contractors should submit their quotations via the Portal by 17:00 on 16 July 2024 along with the required documents.

6. Commencement of the procurement: from the date of signing the procurement agreement.

7. Term of delivery of the goods: within 45 (forty five) business days.

8. Evaluation criteria: price factor.

9. Contractors may get all procurement related enquiries and explanations only via the Portal.

Suppliers can watch opening and evaluation of the quotations via the Portal.
