Pursuant to Article 36.1.1 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Public Procurement", by the decision of the Procurement Committee dated June 24, 2024, the quotation request for the purchase of design software licenses announced by the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan was canceled due to the fact that the number of suppliers who submitted offers was less than three.
