Central Bank issues e-money institution license to Mpay CJSC and Paysis LLC

18 July 2024, Baku:  The Central Bank is considering applications from institutions to obtain payment service licenses in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Payment Services and Payment Systems”. As part of this process, the Central Bank Management Board decided to issue a perpetual e-money institution license to Mpay CJSC and Paysis LLC on July 11, 2024.

The Central Bank is currently considering other institutions that have applied for payment service licenses. The Bank will publish information on the payment service licenses issued on its website.
