Information on revoked insurance licenses

19.07.2024, Baku –  The Management Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan by its decision dated July 8, 2024 revoked the insurance agent license No. 087753 dated December 4, 2015 issued to Tural Sahib Sahibsoy based on the basis of his voluntary appeal in accordance with Article 107.1.1 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Insurance Activity”.

Considering that the situation that led to the suspension of the licenses twice within 12 months is renewed within 9 months from the date of the last suspension, the Management Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan by its decision of the above date revoked the insurance agent licenses of Tarlan Vidadi Mammadov (License No. SA-0187 dated December 17, 2020) and Musa Vali Rustamov (License No. 000047 dated March 16, 2009) in accordance with Article 107.1.3 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Insurance Activity".
