1. In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Public Procurement", the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan (90 R. Behbudov Str., Baku city) is holding an open tender for the purchase of additional information storage devices and related equipment for the video surveillance system.
2. The bids will be opened at 17.00, on 16 August 2024 over the single e-portal for public procurement (https://etender.gov.az/) (hereinafter – Portal).
3. Interested suppliers may obtain the bidding documents for participation in the tender by paying the participation fee worth 250 (two hundred fifty) manat through the Portal in accordance with law.
If the purchase is cancelled and the purchased items are not repurchased, the participation fee will be refunded upon the bidder’s request.
4. In order to be eligible for participation, bidders should submit their bids via the Portal by 17:00, 16 August 2024 along with the required documents.
5. Commencement of the procurement: from the date of signing the procurement contract.
6. Term of delivery of the goods: within 50 (fifty) days from the signing of the procurement contract.
7. Evaluation criteria: price factor.
8. Bidders may get all procurement related enquiries and explanations only via the Portal.
Bidders can watch opening and evaluation of the bids via the Portal.
