In accordance with Articles 36.1 and 36.1.1 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Public Procurement", by the decision of the Procurement Committee dated July 23, 2024, the quotation request held by the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan for the purchase of the service for the creation of a commemorative album was cancelled due to the fact that the number of contractors who submitted offers was less than three.
