Information on restored licenses in the insurance sector

6 August 2024, Baku –  Due to the elimination of the circumstances that served as grounds for suspension of the license in accordance with Article 111.1 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Insurance Activity", the validity of the suspended licenses of 6 (six) individual insurance agents indicated in the list (attached hereto) were restored by the Resolution of the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated 5 August 2024.
