The Procurement Committee, with its decision dated August 23, 2024, canceled the request for proposals for the procurement of passenger transport services, as announced by the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan in accordance with Articles 36.1 and 36.1.1 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan ‘on Public Procurements’, since the number of bids fell below three.
