The Procurement Committee, in its decision dated August 22, 2024, canceled the request for proposals for the procurement of services of the supply and installation of various conditioners, as announced by the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan, since the number of bids fell below three in accordance with Article 36.1.1 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan ‘on Public Procurements.’
