Request for proposals

1. The Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan is holding an open tender for the procurement of flowers and wreaths for various events in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan ‘on Public procurements.’

2. Bids will be opened at 17.00, on 12 September 2024 on the single Internet portal for public procurements (https://etender.gov.az/) (hereinafter – Portal)

3. According to the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan ‘on Public Procurements’ the request for quotation is conducted among suppliers who are micro and small business entities, and only their bids will be evaluated.

4. Interested parties may obtain the Request for Proposals (RFP) by paying a fee of 58,81 (fifty-eight manats and eighty-one gapiks) through the Portal.

The participation fee is refundable upon the bidder’s request if the procurement process is canceled, and no re-procurement is conducted.

5. To be eligible bidders should submit their bids and required documents through the Portal until 17.00 12 September 2024.

6. The commencement date: from the day of signing the procurement agreement.

7. Supply of goods: within 1 (one) year after signing the procurement agreement.

8. Evaluation criteria: price factor.

9. Bidders may get all tender-related enquiries and explanations only via the Portal.

Bidders can watch opening and evaluation of bidders via the Portal.
