3 September 2024, Baku: The Central Bank continues initiatives to expand the coverage of the Instant Payments System (IPS) and broaden the range of digital solutions for users.
The latest successful integration efforts resulted in the addition of the IPS functionality to the Birbank mobile application of the Kapital Bank OJSC. Customers of Kapital Bank OJSC can now easily transfer funds to any customer of banks registered with IPS within seconds through a mobile number or a PIN code. Moreover, users who register their accounts with IPS via the Birbank mobile application can receive transfers from customers of the Kapital Bank OJSC and other banks through a mobile number or a PIN code.
Note that, customers of banks integrated with IPS can register their bank accounts in the system, link their accounts to simple identifiers by creating AniPay ID (mobile number, PIN code, e-mail, TIN) and make payments instantly, 24/7/365, using Internet and mobile banking services.
