Request for quotatıon

1. In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Public Procurement", the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan (90 R. Behbudov Street, Baku) is conducting a request for quotation (RFQ) for the purchase of maintenance for fire extinguishing devices, systems and equipment installed in its administrative buildings.

2. The quotations will be opened at 17.00, on 30 September 2024 over the single e-portal for public procurement (https://etender.gov.az/) (hereinafter – Portal).

3. In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Public Procurement”, micro, small and medium businesses may participate in the quotation request and only their quotations will be evaluated.

4. Interested contractors may obtain the RFQ terms and conditions for participation in the RFQ by paying the participation fee worth 131.51 (one hundred thirty-one manat and fifty-one gapik) manat through the Portal in accordance with the Law.

If the purchase is cancelled and the purchased items are not repurchased, the participation fee will be refunded upon the contractor's request.

5. In order to be eligible for participation, contractors should submit their quotations via the Portal by 17:00, 30 September 2024 along with the required documents.

6. Commencement of the procurement: from the date of signing the procurement agreement.

7. Delivery of the service: within 1 (one) year from the date of signing the agreement.

8. Evaluation criteria: price factor.

9. Contractors may get all procurement related enquiries and explanations only via the Portal.

Partcipants of the RFQ can watch opening and evaluation of quotations via the Portal.
