Request for quotatıons

1. In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Public Procurement", the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan conducts a request for quotations (RFQ) for the procurement of cargo transportation service from Baku to Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.

2. The quotations will be opened at 17.00, on 2 October 2024 over the single e-portal for public procurement (https://etender.gov.az/) (hereinafter – Portal).

3. In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Public Procurement”, micro and small businesses may participate in the quotation request and only their quotations will be evaluated.

4. Interested contractors may obtain the RFQ terms and conditions for participation in the RFQ by paying the participation fee worth 10 (ten) manat through the Portal in accordance with the Law.

The participation fee is refundable upon the contractor’s request, if the procurement process is canceled, and no re-procurement is conducted.

5. In order to be eligible for participation, contractors should submit their quotations via the Portal by 17:00, 2 October 2024 along with the required documents.

6. Commencement of the procurement: based on the procuring entity’s orders from the date of signing the procurement agreement.

7. Delivery of the service: within 1 (one) year from the date of signing the procurement agreement.

8. Evaluation criteria: price factor.

9. Contractors may get all procurement related enquiries and explanations only via the Portal.

Partcipants of the RFQ can watch opening and evaluation of quotations via the Portal.
