Information on insurance licenses with limited validity

Baku, September 26, 2024 –  In accordance with Article 105.1.1 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Insurance Activity" (the “Law”), the validity of the license issued to "Baku Insurance" Open Joint Stock Company was limited from September 26, 2024, by cancelling the permits issued for the types of insurance as "Compulsory civil liability insurance of owners of motor vehicles", "Compulsory insurance of real estate" and "Compulsory insurance of the civil liability related to the use of real estate", based on the voluntary application of "Baku Insurance" Open Joint Stock Company.
